- Go to the address on your login card (for example clearshotdr.ai/student/yourcentre).
- Type the username and password from the card and press Sign in.
- Your course opens. Any tasks from your instructor are at the top — click one to open it.
- Click an image to open it in the viewer. You can zoom, change the brightness and contrast, try the filter presets and measure — see the viewer and measuring.
- During the course, press Add my images to add the radiographs you shoot in the bay. Only you and your instructors can see them.
- Press Sign out when you finish, especially on a shared PC.
Can’t sign in?
- “That username and password don’t match” — check the card; passwords use lower-case letters, numbers and dashes. Ask your instructor for a new one.
- “Your course has not started yet” / “This course has finished” — logins only work on the course dates.
- “Only on your training centre’s network” — use one of the centre’s PCs.
