Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no card needed. The trial includes 2 users, 10 GB of storage and 50 AI questions.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the UK rate where it applies.
Do our clients need a plan to view images?
No. Client viewing through share links is free and needs no account. They confirm their email with a 6-digit code before the images open.
Can we change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page in the app. Before you leave you can download your originals, or ask us for a full export.
What happens if we run out of storage or AI questions?
Uploads or AI questions pause until the next month or until you move to a larger plan. Viewing, measuring and sharing carry on working.
