Security and your data

Where your files are stored, how they are protected, who can see them, and getting your data back if you leave.

  • Stored in London: files and records are on Google Cloud in europe-west2.
  • Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Separated by company: every request is checked against your company on the server.
  • Originals untouched, with a SHA-256 fingerprint you can check.
  • Roles and expiring links control who sees what. Downloads of originals use short-lived signed links.
  • No AI training by default: see Company settings.

Leaving Clearshot

If you leave, we will provide a full export of your originals and records on request and then delete them. Email hello@testinspect.com. More detail is on the Security page.

Clearshot DR is for industrial non-destructive testing only. It is not a medical device and must not be used for medical diagnosis.
