PDF report

A branded A4 report of the job, with each image’s snapshot, result, notes, measurements and processing.

  1. Open the job and choose PDF report.
  2. When it is ready, choose Open (filename) to view, print or save it.

The report carries your company name, logo and colour (from Settings), the job name, reference and client, and who generated it. For each image it shows:

  • the assessment snapshot (or "Not assessed")
  • the label and acquisition date
  • the result and notes
  • the measurements
  • "Assessed with": the window and processing used
  • who assessed it and when
  • the original file’s SHA-256
